Sowaan (Private) Limited sells online consumer services through Nikkup, and software, workspaces and professional services to businesses. This services and pricing page lists all of them by category, with prices, how each is bought and how payment works.
We earn revenue in two distinct ways, each with its own buying process.
Consumers · online
Nikkup is a Muslim marriage app. The core service is free; members can buy optional services (Nikkup Plus, Boosts, Serious Interests and guidance sessions) at fixed, published prices. They pay online inside their own Nikkup account, and the service is delivered digitally and immediately.
Businesses · by agreement
Our business products (SowaanERP, Sowaan Cloud, Shifline, Humkaar, HatifOne, Tarceel, Sowaan Workspaces and Sowaan Business Studio) and our ERP / IT services are sold to organisations. Because scope differs for each client (users, modules, sites, hours), we price them with a written quotation, agree a contract or order form, and invoice against it.
Nikkup is free for women. For men, discovering, matching, wali involvement, verification and safety are never behind a paywall. Everything below is optional.

Priced per client by quotation. Every quotation lists what is included, the price, the payment schedule and the support terms before anything is agreed.

The member opens app.nikkup.com or the Android app and signs in to their Nikkup account.
They pick a service and see the full price in their currency before paying.
On the web they pay on the payment provider’s secure page by card or mobile wallet; on Android through Google Play.
Once the payment is confirmed the service is added to the account automatically, with a receipt in purchase history.
Through the contact form, phone, WhatsApp or email to any of our offices.
We assess the requirement and send a written quotation with scope, price and terms.
After acceptance we deliver access, implementation, bookings or the project in agreed milestones.
We invoice as agreed and continue with support under the contract.
Our online payment gateway is used for one purpose: letting Nikkup members in Pakistan pay for Nikkup’s fixed-price digital services on the web.
Nikkup services (Plus, Boosts, Serious Interests, guidance sessions) only work inside a member’s profile, so each payment must be attached to the account that receives it. The member is already signed in when they choose a service. Checkout asks for nothing beyond what the payment method needs, and card or wallet details are entered on the payment provider’s secure page, not on Nikkup’s or Sowaan’s servers.
Their price depends on users, modules, locations and the amount of implementation work. A quotation lets us give an exact, written price for your case before you commit.
No. Business products and services are agreed by quotation and paid against an invoice. The online checkout is only for Nikkup.
No. The price shown before you pay is the price you pay, and there are no delivery fees. Website passes do not renew automatically.
