Yes. SowaanERP includes ZATCA e-invoicing for businesses in KSA, alongside accounting, sales and CRM, purchasing, inventory and manufacturing, HR and payroll, assets and support ticketing.
No. SowaanERP and other Sowaan software can be hosted on Sowaan Cloud, our managed hosting platform, so you do not have to run or maintain servers yourself.
Besides SowaanERP, we provide consultancy and support for SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics AX and Odoo, as well as full ERP consultancy and implementation.

Yes. As a system integrator we design, install and maintain UTP and fibre cabling, data centres, switching and routing, CCTV, VoIP, IPTV, A/V, PA and master clock, fire alarms, access control, Wi-Fi, servers and backup storage. See IT infrastructure services.
Only Nikkup services are sold online with published prices in PKR. All other Sowaan products and services are supplied under a quotation, order form or agreement.
Refunds follow our refund policy. For business software and services, the terms in your signed agreement, order form or quotation apply. Nikkup purchases follow the Nikkup refund rules summarised in the same policy.

Yes. We offer ERP support contracts, desktop support under SLA, cloud services support and annual maintenance for infrastructure. The scope and response terms are agreed in each contract.
